Brand new for 2020 SMC launches its race department to support and increase motorcycle racing in the UK. Our aim is to support racers regardless of level or experience with protection, parts, advice and enquiries. We have partnered with RST, Arai and AGV for 2020 to provide custom fitting for all racers. This also means that we now offer made to measure suits that can be customised with sponsor logos, names and numbers.
Additionally, all SMC customers who use the race department will benefit from a FREE service on suits and helmets throughout the year. Including cleaning and minor repair work. If you are unluckily enough to be involved in a crash we will provide crash assessment on leather stitching and scuffs and offer advice for best repair or replacement.
Alongside this, our parts department can specifically support in supplying and fitting R&G crash protection, Evotech parts and scorpion exhausts. We also have access to 1000’s of race tyres, performance parts, oils, filters and accessories. Our qualified technicians are happy to fit and provide technical advice on all our products.
We have teamed up with Forcefield body armour to provide the best sport compression layers and the world’s best back protectors at discounted rates exclusively to SMC customers. Finally, to provide the ultimate protection we have options available for the new RST airbag range with integrated airbag technology. This will be available in the V4.1 Leather airbag suit which can be custom fitted.
For all ACU licence holders, SMC will give the holder 15% off all clothing and helmets when presenting a valid ACU Licence along with discounted prices on parts and accessories.
