Having picked up a stunning Ducati from the guys at SMC, I’d like to say a few words about the whole team, my contact from the beginning was Will, he was extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, I drove up from the south cost to collect the bike, and had a wonder around the store, it’s a really well stocked place with great kit, and every member of staff I encountered went out of their way to have a chat about biking in general without ever trying to sell me something, possibly one of the friendliest and happiest stores I’ve been to, cracking little cafe as well for a cuppa and a bacon roll. I have a feeling this won’t be my only trip north to SMC. A huge thanks to all of you for making my journey worthwhile and enjoyable, especially to Will for all your work and help setting me up with the bike. A great place all round.

Excellent service from start to finish! Dealt with Will and he was very knowledgeable about the bike I was interested in and was enthusiastic to get a deal sorted! Arranged for delivery and was delivered on the requested day and was kept up to date throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend using this company and will hopefully do business with them again in the future! Thanks again Will and team!
