Job Description
We are looking for two roles in our Motorcycle sales showroom to join our busy and highly successful team working with the UK motorcycle market's top brands:
Used bike Specialist and Brand Specialist.
You should already have sales experience from within an automotive retail environment as a Sales Executive together with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to
- To manage and develop new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
- To sell accessories and clothing as an addition to the sales process.
- To maximise the sale and profitability of all new and used motorcycle sales using every tool at your disposal.
- To ensure that all key performance indicators and target objectives are met.
- To maximise the sale of finance and insurance products together with clothing & accessories as part of the sale process.
- To maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
- Using established follow up & prospecting systems, maximise customer loyalty and retention.
- To assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policy and procedures.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the automotive industry as a Sales Executive.
Possess a good business acumen and FCA Accreditation would be desirable.
Essential
It is essential that candidates should possess a can-do attitude and a willingness to improve and learn. You must be target driven and the sort of person who has an outstanding record of sales achievement.
A passion for all things two wheels is also a must.

Lenders may pay a fixed commission to us for introducing you to them, calculated by reference to the vehicle model or amount you borrow. Different lenders may pay different commissions for such introductions, and manufacturer lenders linked directly to the franchises that we represent may also provide preferential rates to us for the funding of our vehicle stock and also provide financial support for our training and marketing. But any such amounts they and other lenders pay us will not affect the amounts you pay under your finance agreement, all of which are set by the lender concerned. If you ask us what the amount of commission is, we will tell you in good time before the Finance agreement is executed. All finance applications are subject to status, terms and conditions apply, UK residents only, 18’s or over. Guarantees may be required.
